Visual Merchandising Manager
Because Fabulous Fashion is Your Specialty! As a Visual Merchandising Manager at Primark, you’ll serve as the creative representative for visual presentation within the store and across the business, partnering with store teams and the Regional VM Manager.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for the visual proposition across the store and lead and develop a high-performing visual merchandising team. Collaborating with the Store Management team, you will deliver impactful visual displays that exceed customer expectations and maximize sales.
You will coach and consult with colleagues to deliver an inspiring visual proposition aligned to Primark’s visual merchandising standards. You will understand customer needs, shopping habits, fashion preferences, and the latest trends through excellent product presentations, window styling, and mannequin styling.
You will manage and oversee the launch of new visual merchandising campaigns, providing direction and inspiration to the visual merchandising team. You will share and coach on best practices that create visual displays influencing the customer journey.
You will hire, train, coach, and motivate a team of Visual Merchandisers; ensure adherence to operating standards; maintain stock-related costs; and follow Primark guidelines on point-of-sale materials and pricing for displays.

What You’ll Bring
- At least 4 years of prior experience in a Visual Merchandising Manager role, managing a team with a high-volume retailer.
- Ability to adapt plans and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to customer needs.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team while delivering excellent customer service and high-impact visual displays.
- Resilience and confidence in providing constructive feedback.

- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and commercial awareness.
- Experience delivering excellent customer experiences while maintaining high retail standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing, with managers, supervisors, hourly colleagues, and customers.
Pay
The pay range for this role is $66,560-$78,520. This is a good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum Primark would pay for the role at the time of posting. The base pay rate may vary based on geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other factors.
