Location: Primark Edinburgh

Salary: £33,189 with 31 days annual leave and pension

Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 nights on then 3 off

Night Manager roles have an additional allowance of £21.50 per shift.

As Night Team Manager, you will ensure the store is fully stocked and prepared for the following day's operations by supervising deliveries and communicating effectively with the daytime management team.

What you'll do

• Oversee replenishment of the store, keeping it stocked and tidy to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Manage deliveries and collaborate effectively with the day management team on product moves or price changes.
• Report stock issues when they arise.
• Allocate tasks to the team of Night Retail Assistants on each shift.
• Develop team members' skills to keep them motivated and engaged.
• Drive your own development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
