Location: Primark East Ham, London

Salary: £37,817 with 31 days annual leave and pension

Contract: Fixed Term Contract (06/10/2026 - 06/03/2027)

At Primark, the Department Manager plays a pivotal role with genuine accountability and ownership. Managers are empowered within a structured framework to support team growth and enhance the customer experience.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Take responsibility for at least one department, including stock ordering and merchandising.
• Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by establishing goals and objectives.
• Provide a superior level of customer service.
• Drive your own development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
• Oversee the store for the shift in the absence of senior management.
