Transformation Change Analyst - Customer Availability
Primark’s technology team is shaping new advancements and delivering innovative initiatives across the business. In this role, you will support change initiatives across multiple projects within the same functional area.
What you’ll do
- Support change initiatives at project or workstream level, contributing to impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and readiness activities.
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and data gathering.
- Prepare communications, training content and engagement materials.
- Coordinate stakeholder sessions, workshops and feedback loops, capturing risks, resistance and adoption themes.
- Assist with readiness assessments and adoption tracking, providing insights into progress, risks and organisational readiness.
- Support project-level change activities and timelines, including go-lives, hypercare and surveys.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting and tracking.
- Collaborate with Change Managers and Leads, subject matter experts and impacted teams, escalating risks and key insights promptly.

What you’ll bring
- A degree or equivalent experience, with 1–3+ years’ experience in Change, Transformation, PMO, Communications, HR or related roles.
- Familiarity with change management concepts including impacts, stakeholders, training and communications.
- Experience preparing materials, documentation and internal reports.
- Exposure to large transformations, technology deployments or operational change is desirable, ideally in retail, FMCG or another fast-paced environment.
- Experience with survey tools, data gathering or basic analytics and an interest in change management are desirable.
- Strong organisation, coordination and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to use Excel, dashboards and survey tools to generate insights and work with collaboration tools such as Teams and Miro.
- A curious, proactive and eager-to-learn approach, with the ability to work in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
