What You’ll Do as a Technology Transformation Advisor
- Own and drive the Technology communications strategy, including organising team-wide events, a weekly newsletter and monthly town halls.
- Support the delivery of Technology Transformation initiatives by partnering with Transformation Managers and collaborating across multiple workstreams.
- Lead assigned workstreams or smaller transformation projects, contributing to initiative design, discovery, data analysis and benefits tracking.
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards and performance insights to monitor progress, outcomes, risks and key milestones.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology and Central Functions, including Finance, Procurement, P&C and Internal Communications, to ensure alignment and momentum.
- Drive change adoption and continuous improvement by supporting communications, engagement activities and best-practice ways of working across the Technology function.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance reporting, analytics, insight generation and operational efficiency within the Transformation team.

What You’ll Bring
- Two or more years’ experience supporting or analysing transformation initiatives within IT, Technology, Digital or Data functions, supported by a relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience delivering strategic initiatives and building trusted relationships across Technology and business functions to achieve shared objectives.
- Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to assess complex data, identify risks and develop practical solutions.
- Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work in fast-paced environments and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborative and customer-focused, with strong integrity, emotional intelligence, presentation skills and a passion for driving change, continuous improvement and business outcomes.
