Store Manager - Fashion Arena Prague Outlet

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager, known in NIKE Retail Stores as a Head Coach, for the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet.

What You Do

• Create a welcoming environment that provides a unique shopping experience for consumers.
• Build, lead, and develop a diverse team while ensuring an excellent work atmosphere.
• Manage store budgets and operations to reach sales targets, optimize services, and improve consumer satisfaction.
• Support and implement NIKE’s strategy in the store, including sustainability, membership, and digital services.
• Provide insights for optimized positioning of the store in the local region.
• Ensure compliance with all NIKE standards and guidelines.
• Cooperate with business partners across stores and headquarters.

What You Bring

• Fluency in English and Czech.
• Extensive experience with retail operations, budgeting, and planning.
• Experience leading the delivery of high-level customer service in a brand retailer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and retail business systems.
• Ability to build, lead, and coach high-performing teams.
• Ability to use tools supporting conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• A passion for NIKE and love of sport.
