Mission

Join the Service & Client Experience team within CPR AM's Business Development department and contribute to delivering an excellent client relationship.

You will work in an eight-person team organized by client segment and integrated with the sales teams. You will interact regularly with Portfolio Management, Product Marketing, Legal, Compliance and clients in France and internationally.

Key responsibilities

  • Sales support: Respond to client requests, provide operational follow-up, manage liabilities and requests relating to dedicated funds, collaborate on Compliance and KYC matters, and maintain and enhance the client database and CRM tools.
  • Client experience and digitalization: Contribute to continuous improvement of the client journey and participate in digital projects using Power BI, CRM, Python, VBA and AI to automate and enhance the client experience.
  • Activity management: Build and monitor dashboards to measure performance and guide operational actions.

Profile

  • Master's first year (M1) level, with a university, business school or engineering background.
  • 0–2 years of experience.
  • Autonomous, rigorous and persistent, with initiative and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, make decisions and manage complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Fluency in English.
  • CFA preparation is an advantage.
