Job description
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von fachlichen Spezifikationen, Anweisungen und Reviews
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Klärung von Differenzen
- Analyse und Troubleshooting bei komplexen Problemen
- Kennen und Umsetzen der Marktusancen sowie Monitoring von Marktänderungen
- Verantwortung zur Einhaltung der Service-Level-Agreements und Business Controls

- Training / Specialization: Bankausbildung und/oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium; fundierte Kenntnisse in der Wertpapierabwicklung
