STAGE - Fund Dealing Officer - Onshore H/F H/F

Opportunity for an internship

Within the Fund Distribution Services department, specifically the Fund Dealing Onshore team, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the dealing teams with operations placed with agents.
• Acknowledging trades with agents.
• Sending DHLs following instructed transactions.
• Sending transactions to agents.
• Investigating and providing feedback to agents following questions received.
• Working with the Support team on account openings.

You will have internal and external contact with members of Fund Execution, Transfer Agents and Relationship Managers.

Training and experience

• Student in LEA with a focus on Finance and/or a Finance student with an interest in foreign languages.
• Knowledge of the financial markets environment.
• Knowledge of investment fund operations is an advantage.
• Minimum experience: 0–2 years.

Skills

• Autonomous and rigorous.
• Proactive and able to take initiative.
• Good interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.

• Starting date: 01/01/2027
• Duration: 6 months
• Minimum level of study: 1-year Master's (M1)
