STAGE - Chargé(e) de conformité investisseur (KYC) H/F

Stage conventionné. Prise de fonction : 1er janvier 2027. Durée : 6 mois.

Know Your Customer (KYC) comprises procedures used to verify the identity of individual and corporate clients or investors. These processes help ensure compliance with anti-corruption legislation and prevent identity theft, tax fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing.

The approximately 50-person KYC department is looking for an intern to support its procedures.

Missions

• Create and modify third parties and open and close accounts in accordance with legal control procedures, including strict identification of participants and comprehensive control and monitoring of legal documentation received.
• Carry out the internal actions required for KYC controls.
• Enter investor static data and documentation into the bank's internal system and monitor updates.
• Update investor-related documentation.
• Perform first- and second-level controls relating to identification data.
• Participate in preparing and updating KYC procedures.

You will work with fund distributors, investors, banks, managers and local supervisory bodies, including the CSSF and other authorities. Internally, you will work with operational departments, risk management, compliance and finance.

Profile

• Student at a business school and/or university, specialising in law, finance or compliance.
• Good knowledge of investment funds and AML/KYC regulations.
• Analytical and synthesis skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to manage priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Fluency in English and French is essential; German is an advantage.
• Minimum level of study: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience level: 0–2 years.
