Within the PERES France Operations transversal Support & Reporting team, the Private Equity Real Estate Analyst provides operational support for structuring projects, produces activity reports and contributes to improving internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Support fund accounting and valuation teams.
- Prepare fund and net asset value sheets, calculate and verify NAVs, and ensure compliance with fund valuation and fee rules.
- Produce and monitor Banque de France statistics and other regulatory reporting for Private Equity and Real Estate funds.
- Contribute to valuation and regulatory reporting projects and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Perform second-level controls on accounting entries and sensitive transactions.
- Develop and monitor control checklists, balance controls and management dashboards.
- Conduct application regression testing and support reporting tools and platforms.
- Train internal teams on tools and provide technical support.
- Support the implementation, configuration and monitoring of variable client fees.
- Participate in new fund and project meetings, client calls and document reviews.
Requirements
- Master's degree in finance, management and/or accounting.
- Confirmed experience in general accounting, UCITS fund accounting and ideally Private Equity or Real Estate, gained in a bank or asset management company.
- 6–10 years of experience.
- Excellent command of Excel VBA; knowledge of GP software is a plus.
- Professional English proficiency, including oral communication and written comprehension.
- Strong analytical skills, collaboration, communication and customer-service abilities.
The position is a six-month fixed-term contract, from 1 September 2026 to 28 February 2027. The internal job title is Business Coordinator.
