Print Production Executive – Campaigns
The Print Production Executive – Campaigns supports the Print Production Manager and Senior Campaign Manager in the smooth delivery of all Primark campaign print production activity. This role has a strong operational focus, with primary responsibility for the accurate and timely setup, logging, and tracking of campaigns on the Production Process Platform.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of logging assigned campaigns accurately and efficiently on the Production Process Platform in line with agreed processes and timelines.
- Ensure all campaign information, assets, specifications, and allocation principles are correctly uploaded and maintained throughout the production lifecycle.
- Monitor campaign progress on the Production Process Platform and flag risks, delays, or data issues to the Print Production Manager.
- Support the coordination of asset handover to production partners, ensuring required files and information are complete and up to date.
- Act as a key administrative and operational support for the wider print production team.
- Assist with BAU campaign production activity and provide support on elevated or innovation-led projects as required.
- Support basic budget tracking and reporting by updating cost information on the Production Process Platform.
- Build strong working relationships with the Creative Studio Operations team and wider In-Store Marketing team.
- Support platform improvement initiatives, testing, and user feedback in partnership with senior team members.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a production, marketing operations, or administrative coordination role.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data input and tracking.
- Confidence working with digital platforms, workflow tools, and production management systems.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.
- A proactive and reliable approach with a willingness to learn and develop within print production.
