Tasks

Parts Trading (PC + VAN)

• Provide retail coaching and consulting to dealers on parts trading, including dealer communication, coaching schedules, sales-force training, dealer visits, and identification of implementation issues and business potential.
• Conduct dealer and customer visits, market research, price and competitor monitoring, business performance analysis, customer satisfaction surveys, and regular reporting to management and headquarters.
• Identify new business opportunities, plan bonus programs and retail campaigns, prepare commercial support materials, and execute strategic marketing activities.

VAN Service Dealer Management

• Communicate with dealer management and build consensus around Mercedes-Benz Korea business strategy.
• Provide market intelligence and business operation reports and plan short- and medium-term parts retail sales and promotions.
• Manage, forecast, and assess service capacity; develop network formats; set annual targets and evaluation criteria; and oversee after-sales retail profitability improvement.
• Monitor after-sales retail market trends, wholesale performance, dealer marketing activities, business performance, and regulatory changes.
• Develop after-sales marketing tactics, dealer products, service contracts, sales policies, and reimbursement processes.

Mobile Service

• Develop mobile service vehicle strategies and support plans.
• Manage daily, monthly, and yearly mobile service performance.
• Develop customer channels, support business cases, and report regularly to headquarters.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, automotive engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Seven or more years of experience in the automobile or market research industry preferred.
• Experience in service center operations management and consulting preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of automobile after-sales business and structure.
• Ability to collect and analyze data from management systems such as IMS/DMS Autoline.
• Business-level English proficiency.
