Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
The Brand Communications Manager is the voice of the brand, responsible for the positive development of the adidas brand image through brand concepts in key categories and for supporting sustainable, profitable market share growth in Singapore through effective communication across appropriate channels.
This role owns integrated marketing communications plans and best-in-class executions, balancing brand and category messages with channel-specific requirements across wholesale, direct-to-consumer, franchise and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement brand communications strategies and integrated marketing plans to support brand and campaign objectives.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring work follows adidas brand guidelines.
- Drive and execute 360-degree communications, influencer and sports marketing plans and campaigns.
- Uphold global and SEAPAC marketing guidelines during local execution.
- Own the Marketing Working Budget and ensure cost-efficient implementation across communication channels and tools.
- Manage creative, brand, advertising and research agencies.
- Build networks with opinion leaders across consumer, trade and media communities.
- Maintain relationships with sports agencies, clubs, athletes and influencers.
- Manage promotional stock at country level.
- Support control of asset agreements and equipment support for sports marketing partners.
Reporting
- Monitor and analyse competitor activities.
- Analyse reports to develop insights and optimize strategies, activities and processes.
- Track industry, market, media and digital trends to keep the brand ahead.

adidas Singapore Country Management team, SEA Brand team and external agencies.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Passion for sports and consumer-first thinking.
- Strong project management, budget management, scheduling and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple project elements simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strategic and logical approach.
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro skills are a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related course.
- Business background is an advantage.
- Minimum five years of experience with a mix of brand, consumer and trade marketing.
- Experience in sports digital marketing is desirable; FMCG experience is a plus.
