Location
You’ll be joining adidas’ Nordic Headquarters in Solna, part of the North Europe Cluster covering the Nordics, UK, and Benelux.
What you’ll do
As Assistant Manager, Player Management, you will help elevate adidas’ presence and execution within the Nordic female football landscape.
- Identify, assess, negotiate and sign high-potential female football players across the Nordic region.
- Build and maintain relationships with players, agents, coaches, clubs and other key stakeholders.
- Deliver athlete servicing by managing contracts, product requests, activation inquiries and ongoing support.
- Provide market intelligence on players, competitors and product performance.
- Coordinate athlete footwear and apparel orders, product allocations, forecasting, reporting and administrative processes.
Requirements
- Strong football knowledge and a genuine passion for the sport, with an understanding of the Nordic football landscape.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of sports marketing and the sporting goods industry.
- Experience in football, sports marketing, athlete management, partnerships or a comparable environment.
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in sports marketing, partnership management, talent management or a comparable field.
- University degree in sports marketing or a related field.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Nordic region.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
