Your job in a nutshell
As a Service Desk Specialist with German proficiency, you will be the linchpin of customer support, providing expert solutions to technical issues. You will handle queries in English and German, provide smooth service experiences, and maintain the connection between Atos services and German-speaking clients.
What will you be doing
- Offer technical support to German-speaking clientele through telephone communication and electronic correspondence.
- Diagnose technical problems and deliver effective resolutions to end users.
- Escalate complex technical matters to higher-level IT personnel.
- Record, monitor, and organize calls and service tickets according to established service-level agreements.
- Provide swift and competent service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- German proficiency at B2 minimum.
- English proficiency at B2 minimum.
- Availability for night shifts.
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
