Intern - GBS HR Services

Join adidas' dynamic HR Shared Services team and gain hands-on experience in global HR operations. This six-month internship offers exposure to process optimization, data management, compliance, employee lifecycle support and cross-cultural service enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Study HR Shared Services models and identify best practices and process improvements.
• Update and standardize Desktop Procedures.
• Perform data validation checks across HR systems.
• Support employee file audits for completeness and compliance.
• Research country-specific HR regulations and help create compliance fact sheets.
• Flag gaps between local norms and existing processes.
• Analyze service ticket trends and suggest automation or process improvements.
• Analyze working styles, communication preferences and workplace expectations in newly transitioned or upcoming countries.
• Contribute to onboarding materials and training modules for new hires.

Key Relationships

Director HR Services, global functional teams, country HR leadership and business partners, payroll and benefits services, vendors, HR Services teams, Rewards teams, Talent Acquisition, external authorities, consultants and suppliers.

Eligibility

MBA graduate in HR or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curiosity, initiative and a process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI and AI applications is beneficial.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
