Purpose and Key Responsibilities
This role will function as a Strategic HR Business Partner, collaborating closely with Department Heads to plan human resources initiatives aligning with business goals, providing one-stop-shop HR partnership support to Product Development & Sourcing and other assigned functions in the LAM region, and ensuring that business partners and employees receive the expected value from the HR department.
Cultivate and maintain a culture of trust and engagement between management and employees within the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that align with organizational mid- to long-term goals.
- Provide guidance and consultation on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to identify HR trends, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions.
- Lead change management initiative design and delivery, and support leaders in driving culture transformation and employee engagement.
HR Processes Management
- Ensure alignment with business needs and HR best practices.
- Oversee the delivery of core HR services, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, rewards, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local regulations and align with global standards.
- Engage with Labor Bureau and Tax Bureau where necessary.
Talent Management and Development
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and development planning.
- Maintain a high level of communication with management and contribute to decisions concerning team structure and development.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Compensation and Benefits
- Partner with Rewards teams to provide market-aligned, equitable packages that attract and retain top talent.
- Analyze compensation trends and make recommendations to maintain competitive positioning.
- Consolidate bonus and pay review calculations.
Employee Engagement and Culture
- Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, workplace satisfaction, and employer brand.
- Develop communication and feedback mechanisms that promote transparency and trust across all levels.
- Manage, resolve, and coach managers and employees on employee relations issues, and build a culture of trust between management and employees.
Support HR-related topics and projects where necessary and as assigned by the line manager.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree focusing on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in human resources management with a multinational company.
- Well versed in local labor ordinance.
- Good communication in English.
