Job description

You are looking for an internship in Compliance, Internal Control or Financial Market Regulation and are interested in market activities, risk management and regulatory issues.

Global Markets Regulatory Compliance covers the GMD and FIN-EXM scopes and includes Continental Advisory, Global Monitoring, Surveillance, Regulatory Market Projects and Regulatory Change.

Missions

• Align Head Office procedures and operating methods with international hubs and the Mumbai CSP for Surveillance activities.
• Align Head Office procedures and operating methods with international hubs and the Mumbai CSP for Monitoring activities.
• Prepare committees such as the Forum Quality Assurance for transaction and communication alerts.
• Manage governance documents relating to Surveillance and Monitoring and participate in creating a new market abuse governance document.
• Inventory GMRC business processes as part of the industrialisation of its IT processes.

Profile

Training: University, business or engineering school, with a specialisation in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Control or Financial Markets.

A first experience in banking, financial markets or regulatory compliance is desirable.

Hard skills: Knowledge of financial market regulations and compliance frameworks, including the Market Abuse Regulation; knowledge of monitoring and surveillance processes; proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluent French and English.

Soft skills: Common sense, rigour, and analytical and synthesis skills.
