Real Asset & Private Credit Investment Associate H/F

With approximately €12 billion in assets under management, CA Indosuez is a significant investor in private markets through its Tiera Capital Funds, focusing on opportunities across Europe, North America and Asia. The dedicated investment team executes 40 to 50 investments per year, including primary commitments, secondary transactions, lead and co-investments, and direct co-investments.

Your role

As a Real Assets & Private Credit Investment Associate, you will be involved in the sourcing, analysis and execution of investments in real assets, including real estate and infrastructure, as well as private credit, with a particular focus on primary commitments into external funds.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and execute real assets and private credit investment opportunities.
• Draft investment memoranda and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Monitor the existing portfolio and prepare related reporting.
• Contribute to transaction execution and structuring in coordination with internal teams and external counsel.
• Manage deal flow and maintain investment monitoring tools.
• Conduct ad hoc reviews of external funds for distribution purposes.

The role reports to the Head of Real Assets & Private Credit within the Private Markets investment team and is primarily based in Geneva.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree, such as an MA, MSc, PhD, doctorate or equivalent.
• Business School or University diploma in Finance.
• Two to five years of preliminary experience investing in private markets, directly or indirectly, with proven experience in private infrastructure and ideally private credit.
• Solid knowledge of the infrastructure sector, including its dynamics and professional network.
• Curiosity, rigor, attention to detail, teamwork, organization, proactivity, flexibility and resistance to pressure.
• Ability to challenge opinions and summarize views and conclusions.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken French and English.
