Fund Accountant - Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions

Job description
Working in the Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions (PERES) department, you will join the Fund Accounting team responsible for fund and soparfi accounting.
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in setting up new clients and analyzing their activity.
- Recording the creation or takeover of new files.
- Analyzing and monitoring the creation of companies and related intermediary structures.
- Maintaining general accounting records for trading companies and investment funds governed by Luxembourg law (LuxGaap or IFRS).
- Calculating and accounting for various special fees, including performance, management, advisory and arrangement fees.
- Preparing the required financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
- Preparing consolidated accounts where applicable under IFRS or LuxGaap.
- Assisting with relations with customers, auditors and tax advisers during the review of accounts.
- Mastering the accounting system and participating in its parameterization.

Profile
You have initial experience in accounting, auditing or corporate finance. Knowledge of alternative investment funds is an asset.
- Advanced accounting skills.
- Rigorous, analytical and a team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Bob 50 and GP accounting software is an asset.
- Fluency in French and English is essential; German is an advantage.
