CDI - Fund Accountant - Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions H/F

Within the Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions (PERES) department, you will join the Fund Accounting team, which is responsible for the accounting of funds and SOPARFIs.
As an Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the onboarding of new clients and analysing their activities.
- Recording the creation or transfer operations for new files.
- Analysing and monitoring the creation of companies and related intermediate structures.
- Maintaining the general accounting of Luxembourg commercial companies and investment funds under LuxGaap or IFRS.
- Calculating and recording various special fees, including performance, management, advisory, and arrangement fees.
- Preparing the financial statements required for each file, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Preparing consolidated accounts where applicable under IFRS or LuxGaap.
- Assisting with client, auditor, and tax adviser relationships during the review of accounts.
- Mastering the accounting system and participating in its configuration.
Profile
- Master's degree level (M1) or diploma in accounting or economics and finance.
- First experience in accounting, audit, or corporate finance.
- Knowledge of alternative investment funds is an advantage.
- Advanced accounting knowledge.
- Rigorous, analytical, and team-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Bob 50 and GP accounting software is an advantage.
- Fluency in French and English is essential; German is an advantage.
