Customer Service Support with French Language

Eviden, an Atos Group business, is looking for people eager to start a meaningful career in the financial area in Romania for a full-time position.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist clients by phone and/or through a ticketing system with financial operations, including blocking cards or banking applications due to fraud, loss, or theft.
• Provide information about bank account statements, payment transactions, and banking card status.
• Assist clients who want to lodge an appeal for their order.

Desired Profile

• French language mandatory, minimum B2 level.
• English language at beginner A2 level.
• Flexibility and availability for shift schedules.
