Crédit Agricole Immobilier, through its subsidiary Crédit Agricole Services Immobiliers, supports individual customers throughout their real estate projects. The company provides rental, sales, property management and co-ownership management services through the Square Habitat Crédit Agricole agency network.
Reporting to the agency manager, the Chargé(e) d'Accueil is responsible for welcoming visitors and handling telephone reception, while providing commercial and administrative assistance to the agency's services in accordance with rules, procedures and operating methods.
Main responsibilities
- Provide first-level responses to customer requests by telephone, email, post or in person at the agency.
- Review the day's mail and distribute it physically or digitally among the various services, and manage outgoing mail.
- Issue keys and badges to customers and suppliers and record them in the business system.
- Act as the key contact between customers or suppliers and employees in the various services to ensure effective cooperation.
- Record complaints.
- Centralise office-supply orders and manage stock.
- Manage meeting-room bookings.
Training and experience
Higher education equivalent to a BTS, business school or IUT qualification in real estate or a related field. A successful first experience in a similar position is required. Experience level: 0–2 years.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate.
- Managing multiple telephone lines.
- Scheduling viewing appointments in rental advisers' calendars.
- Encoding cheques for the accounting department.
- Displaying rental and sales listings.
- Conflict management.
- Customer orientation, interpersonal skills, written and verbal ease, rigour, organisation and adaptability.
- Proficiency with Pack Office 365, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional information
This is a fixed-term contract lasting up to three months. The position is non-executive and has no management responsibilities. All roles are open to people with disabilities.
