Comptable Copropriétés Volant H/F

Crédit Agricole Services Immobiliers, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Immobilier, is seeking a Comptable Copropriétés Volant H/F on a permanent contract, based in Montrouge, to provide accounting support and replacement across CASIM agencies in France.

Responsibilities

• Create each new building and mandate in the accounting tool.
• Record and manage the accounting of co-ownership mandates in compliance with accounting regulations and internal processes.
• Record invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and pay invoices to monitor co-ownership funds and prepare annual service-charge statements.
• Reconcile and validate co-owner and supplier accounts.
• Handle accounting treatments for property sales and ensure the quality and continuity of case processing.
• Provide clients with expert answers to accounting questions.

Requirements

• At least two years of higher education in accounting, management, or real estate.
• At least five years of experience in the role.
• Good knowledge of co-ownership accounting.
• Geographical mobility and adaptability.
• Analytical, rigorous, and organized approach.
• Strong knowledge of accounting techniques, particularly in real estate.
• Strong interest in digital tools; knowledge of THETRAWIN is appreciated.
