CHARGE DE PORTEFEUILLE CONTENTIEUX ACGO - CDD -6 MOIS - Bordeaux H/F

You will join the Bordeaux agency, where you will be responsible for coordinating external partners, including justice commissioners, to recover and secure our receivables. Your telephone negotiations will be based on defining strategies for effective contact management, knowledge of your portfolio, and the close relationships you maintain with justice commissioners.

Main responsibilities

• Process litigation files administratively.
• Manage payment of justice commissioners' invoices.
• Send court decisions to justice commissioners for debt recovery and implementation of enforcement procedures.
• Direct files according to their status: classify them as unrecoverable, transfer them to the relevant departments, or continue recovery actions.
• Manage and monitor a low-volume portfolio of justice commissioner practices.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, processing deadlines, and the quality of operations performed.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of higher education (L2), Bac +2 or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation ability.
• Commercial awareness.
• Organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Teleworking is not authorized. This is a non-managerial, non-executive position.
