Job description

Within the Finance Department, you will join the Transformation, Organization & Performance team, which leads transversal change, process coherence, innovation, employee development, internal communication and events.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing and publishing monthly intranet articles highlighting Finance projects, successes and expertise.
• Creating engaging content, including employee testimonials, expert profiles, infographics and success stories.
• Managing internal communication channels such as newsletters, the intranet and internal social networks.
• Developing and updating the Finance communication toolkit, including presentations, job profiles and videos.
• Implementing the annual communication plan and measuring the impact of communication initiatives through KPIs.
• Organizing large-scale thematic events in France and internationally, coordinating logistics, invitations, technical arrangements, programs and post-event materials.
• Facilitating collaborative workshops, such as ESG workshops.
• Contributing to employee experience initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding and training.

You will work in an international environment with support from your tutor, who will assist with your learning and professional network development.

Profile

You are pursuing a university, business school or communication school program specializing in Communication. An initial experience in internal communication or events will be appreciated. This apprenticeship is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience and a minimum level of study equivalent to a one-year Master's degree (M1).

Required skills include strong writing and digital communication abilities, an interest in design tools such as InDesign, project management skills, sensitivity to employee experience issues, proficiency with Microsoft Office—especially PowerPoint—and fluent French and English. Creativity, initiative, curiosity and adaptability are also expected.

This position is eligible for remote work under the applicable agreement, based on mutual agreement between the employee and manager and following successful integration.
