Job description

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB New York as a Business Manager Analyst for the Capital Markets Division.

Your concrete missions will be the following:

  • Support Sales and Trading teams analyzing client wallets, notably using Coalition data.
  • Generate Sales and Trading reports for Capital Market Management.
  • Help with presentations and briefing memos for senior management.
  • Work with Sales and Traders in preparing marketing materials for clients and prospects.
  • Conduct strategic analysis and industry research.
  • Assist on team projects.

Eligibility for a VIE

  • Be less than 29 years old.
  • Be a postgraduate of a Master degree.
  • Be an EU citizen.

Duration: 12 months

Minimum level of study: Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Training and specialization

You are a postgraduate of a Master degree from a university, business school or engineering school with a specialization in Market Finance. Previous experience in Capital Markets, such as COO, Business Management Analyst, Sales or Trader, is necessary.

Minimum experience level: 0–2 years

Skills needed

Hard skills: Strong analytical and financial skills; proficiency with VBA; Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; fluent French and English.

Soft skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; dynamic and curious thinking; teamwork; problem-solving; flexibility and adaptability; attention to detail and the ability to work under short deadlines.
