Job description
Within CACEIS, you will join the Fund Distribution Services (FDS) department, responsible for the full processing chain for subscription and redemption orders from CACEIS Bank France clients and market counterparties for centralized funds: receipt of instructions, execution, settlement and delivery, and client relationship monitoring.
Within the Fund Distribution Services department, particularly the Change Management team, you will play a key role in transforming and securing the fund distribution chain. In an international and highly regulated environment, you will act as a business expert and key contact for internal teams and partners, including clients, distributors and asset managers.
Your missions
- Project management, transformation and change management: Capture and formalize business needs, help define solutions and manage projects involving new clients, distributors, markets, platforms and API integrations. Build and execute user acceptance testing and validate changes before production. Lead change management through impact analyses, support plans, communication, documentation, training and adoption monitoring.
- Process optimization, compliance and risk management: Map and optimize end-to-end fund distribution processes, including client and distributor onboarding, operational flows, reporting and service quality. Integrate regulatory requirements such as cross-border distribution, MiFID, UCITS and AIFMD into processes, business rules and controls. Define robust target processes, strengthen controls and contribute to operational risk management.
- Business support, onboarding and incident management: Act as a business reference for internal teams and external partners, clarify rules and support onboarding for new clients and distributors. Serve as the entry point and coordinator for complex or recurring distribution incidents, coordinate root-cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective and preventive action plans.
- Governance and reporting: Contribute to governance of the Fund Distribution framework by consolidating process, incident, risk and project information. Produce and analyze key indicators covering volumes, delays, service quality, incidents and client or distributor satisfaction.
Requirements
You hold a Master's degree in Banking, Finance or an equivalent qualification and have confirmed experience in fund distribution in an international environment. You have a strong process and risk culture, project management and change management expertise, and the ability to act as a business expert with Business, Operations, IT, Legal/Compliance and commercial teams.
