Associate HR Operational Excellence with Hungarian

Your role

• Process, maintain, and administer HR transactions and provide support across talent development, mobility, workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, HR helpdesk, remuneration, and related areas.
• Process movements, including transfers, relocations, international mobility, and organization structure changes, as well as leave and absence requests.
• Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage assigned parts of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or an agreed transition plan.
• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions within the team and across teams.
• Respond accurately to client queries via email and case management systems.

Your profile

• Good verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian and English, minimum B2.
• Baccalaureate diploma required.
• Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting.
• Positive team player.
