Strategically located in IOI City, Putrajaya, the company employs over 1,200 skilled professionals, providing services to institutional clients across Europe, including custody and cash clearing, fund administration, fund distribution, master data services, market solutions, group invoicing, reconciliations, and private equity and real estate solutions.

CACEIS Investor Services PERES is a third-party fund servicing business delivering specialist corporate fund administration, fund accounting, transaction management, and shareholder services to private equity, real estate, infrastructure funds, and other PERES structures.

What will you do?

People Management

  • Drive people initiatives through development plans with team managers to build a talent pipeline.
  • Set clear expectations and goals, provide regular feedback, and support career growth.
  • Acknowledge and appreciate employees' contributions.

Project Management

  • Drive key departmental projects with business analysts and operations teams.
  • Act as an escalation point for key risk areas within projects.
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Anticipate and manage changes to project scope or requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and improve project quality throughout the project life cycle.

Developing future plans

  • Anticipate growth and changes and devise plans to build a sustainable long-term operating model.
  • Identify future risks and uncertainties.
  • Define strategies and initiatives to address key challenges and opportunities.
  • Use SWOT analysis to inform future strategies and decision-making.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • At least 10 years of relevant financial services expertise, including at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Good knowledge of the fund and trust industry and financial markets.
  • Prior exposure to operational risk and related risk-monitoring tools.
  • Strong managerial skills and a proven track record of managing change.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with illiquid asset classes such as real estate, privately held equity, and private debt in an administrative or accounting environment.
  • Exceptional people management and development credentials.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration, or a professional qualification such as accountancy.

Experience level: 11 years and more.
