Job description

You will join the Operations department of Crédit Agricole CIB and act as a project manager on a strategic project within the Organization Projects Management team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analyzing business user needs
• Writing functional specifications
• Preparing and executing tests and user acceptance testing
• Writing documentation and supporting user training
• Providing support
• Monitoring the backlog of improvements and fixes
• Organizing future releases

Organization Projects Management manages strategic and cross-functional projects for which Operations is a sponsor or contributor. The team coordinates actions with project teams in France and internationally, represents Operations in project governance bodies, and maintains a global and transversal view of projects.

Profile

Education in business, engineering or computer science, or at university, with a specialization in project management, organization, digital transformation, information systems, business analysis, or banking and finance. A first experience in project management is desirable.

Required skills include project management, Microsoft Office, and fluent French and English. You should be proactive, autonomous, rigorous, patient, communicative, analytical, and able to synthesize information.

• Minimum education: Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent
• Experience: 0–2 years
