Business Manager - Global Market Structuration H/F

You will join the Global Markets Division (GMD) trading floor, which covers trading, structuring and sales activities for market products aimed at companies, financial institutions and major issuers. It also covers origination, structuring and securitisation activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform performance analyses in preparation for Structuring management monitoring committees.
• Propose and implement dashboards for activities with the Business Manager and desk heads.
• Participate in various strategic projects.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for Structuring processes.
• Draft and update Structuring procedures, taking into account recommendations from audits and inspections.
• Participate in implementing recurring controls for the Structuring scope when a need is identified.
• Contribute to supporting the implementation of various initiatives.

Profile

Education: Bac +4 or Bac +5 at a university, business school or engineering school.

Specialisation: Market finance or financial mathematics.

Experience: 0–2 years.

Hard skills: Fluent French and English; proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of VBA is a plus.

Soft skills: Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks, analytical and summarisation skills, and good writing skills in English and French.
