Capital Markets Operations (CMO) has global responsibility for operational support functions dedicated to market activities. Within Back Office Derivatives, Treasury & Forex (CMB), the Process and Change Manager supports employees and managers with process changes linked to new tools, process improvement and rationalisation, and transversal requests.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Following various transversal projects, including support and reporting
- Updating and automating numerous KPIs and KRIs
- Analysing and monitoring Back Office processes and preparing reports
- Participating in the implementation of new tools within Back Office teams
- Helping implement new tools for Group and external clients
- Managing and consolidating a transversal view of continuous improvement actions initiated within CMB
- Acting as the CMB point of contact for NAPs and producing a global response on post-trade chain impacts
- Handling subjects delegated by the CMB manager, such as leading a clean-up project, conducting an impact study, reviewing a process, or formalising documents
You will work in an international environment alongside your tutor, who will support your learning and professional network development.
Profile
Education: University or business school
Specialisation: Finance and digitalisation, computer science, data, or communication
Experience: 0–2 years
Technical skills: Office 365, VBA, Power BI, Python or C++, financial products, and fluent French and English.
Soft skills: Organisation, rigour, team spirit, and good interpersonal skills.
