Assistant Implementation Manager H/F

Job description

You will work with a senior implementation manager and support the implementation of Transaction Banking solutions and products.

Main responsibilities

• Implement mandates obtained from corporate and financial institution clients, primarily in EMEA.
• Manage implementation schedules and ensure delivery of the different project phases through personalised client follow-up.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including Products, Sales, Back Office, Client Service and BPI, through to full operational implementation of ITB solutions and products.
• Identify and communicate potential or confirmed risks in a factual and reasoned manner, while proposing solutions.
• Work closely with the relevant TB Sales representatives and support the Global Head of Implementation in managing the implementation mandate portfolio.
• Generate and update internal presentation materials covering project progress, completed key projects and team statistics.
• Support the manager during internal presentations and prepare meeting minutes.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a university, business school or engineering school.
• Specialisation in finance or international business.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent French and English.
• Strong communication, analytical, organisational, interpersonal and collaborative skills, with autonomy and a results-oriented approach.

Additional information

This is a six-month internship starting on 1 October 2026. The position is based in Montrouge, France, and is eligible for remote work under the applicable agreement after a successful onboarding period and subject to both employee and manager agreement.
