Assistant de Direction Salle des Marchés H/F

You will join the Global Markets Division (GMD), the global division responsible for CACIB’s capital markets. Within the GMD teams, you will work as a Markets Room Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial support to the GMD Paris markets room teams within the existing assistant pool.
• Provide personal secretarial support to certain GMD managers in Paris when required.
• Back up other GMD Paris assistants.
• Prepare and organise meetings, video conferences, conference calls, committees and events, including invitations and document distribution.
• Manage travel and expense reports, including first-level checks, data entry and invoice payment requests.
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, business travel and reception dining-room bookings.
• Manage mail and courier deliveries.
• Enter support requests for telephones and employee movements.
• Support new arrivals by coordinating access, tools and IT and operations contacts.
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Bac+2/Bac+3 training in secretarial work or executive assistance.
• Professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong telephone, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Discretion, confidentiality, service orientation and prioritisation.
• Anticipation, availability, teamwork, initiative, organisation and responsiveness in a demanding markets-room environment.
• Proficiency with Outlook and relevant administrative tools.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
