Assistant Analyste Suivi d'Activité de Marché – Initial Margin & Collateral H/F

Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking an Assistant Analyst for a six-month internship in Market Activity Monitoring in Montrouge. The role focuses on producing, analysing and validating Initial Margin amounts, P&L and risk indicators for the Collateral Management Desk and Credit Portfolio Management Desk.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and produce indicators including P&L, sensitivities, cash balance, VaR, Stressed VaR and stress measures.
• Contribute to automation using VBA and improve the reliability of controls.
• Support technical testing for developments required by regulators including the FED and EBA.
• Participate in the implementation of new analysis dashboards.
• Suggest improvements to existing processes.

Profile

• University, business school or engineering school training.
• Postgraduate degree or equivalent.
• Ideally, previous internship or project experience in market finance, or excellent theoretical knowledge of financial products and risk indicators.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access, and good knowledge of VBA.
• Fluent French and English.
• Analytical and synthesis skills, initiative, teamwork and rigor.
