This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms while providing prompt, courteous service to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Room Attendant helps deliver Marriott and Crescent's high standards of hospitality.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Ability to communicate in English

- Ability to communicate well with guests
- Willingness to assist coworkers and work as part of a team
- Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and various cleaning equipment
- Ability to push or pull equipment weighing up to 100 pounds
- Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extend arms overhead for cleaning tasks, and work in confined spaces
Performance Standards
Customer Satisfaction: Treat guests and associates with courtesy and respect while maintaining a professional demeanor. Every associate is expected to serve as a guest-relations ambassador.
Work Habits: Work habits should meet and exceed hotel standards for procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance. Associates should adapt to changes, learn new skills, solve routine problems, and ask for help when needed.
Safety and Security: Follow hotel security policies and procedures, including requirements for key controls, lifting heavy objects, chemical use, and reporting safety hazards and concerns.
