UAF LIFE Patrimoine, a company within Crédit Agricole Assurances, is seeking an HR Management Officer on an apprenticeship basis.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integration of new employees, including first-day onboarding, follow-up and induction days.
- Support recruitment processes for selected departments through job postings, CV screening, candidate responses, telephone prequalification, recruitment process follow-up with managers and reference checks.
- Participate in onboarding within the HR information system in coordination with payroll and HR administration teams.
- Manage registration for and monitoring of mandatory training.
- Participate in deploying the skills development plan.
- Support the HR Development team in promoting the employer brand.
Candidate profile
You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, specialized in human resources, and are seeking a 1- to 2-year apprenticeship as part of a Master’s degree in HR.
Required qualities include autonomy, commitment, rigor, organizational skills, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
This is a non-managerial, non-executive position for candidates with 0–2 years of experience. Starting date: September 1, 2026.
