Job description
You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Americas as an ALM Analyst. The Financial Steering and ALM Division is responsible for Profit and Internal Pricing (PIP), Financial Analysis, and Assets and Liabilities Management (ALM) within Crédit Agricole CIB Americas.
ALM is responsible for monitoring and supervising financial risks, other than market transactions, within the framework of guidelines set by the Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO). This includes global interest-rate risk, exchange-rate risk, and liquidity and funding risk at more than one year.
ALM is also responsible for prudential ratios, particularly through quarterly forecasts of changes in solvency ratios and tools for measuring ex-post profitability of capital. It ensures compliance with Enhanced Prudential Standards (EPS) liquidity requirements for Foreign Banking Organizations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare committee materials.
- Manage liquidity invoicing and Fund Transfer Pricing tools, including assisting front offices with liquidity invoicing rules and costs.
- Follow up on the internal liquidity invoicing process.
- Update policies and procedures as needed and periodically.
- Monitor all limits, alert levels, and targets daily through the Funding Dashboard.
- Manage the liquidity balance sheet.
- Perform liquidity stress testing.
- Support other ALM staff on various topics when needed.
The position involves coordination and cross-training with members of the Financial Steering and ALM team, including ALM, PIP, and Financial Analysis, in New York and worldwide, as well as with New York Front Office, Risk, and IT departments.
Eligibility for a VIE
- Be less than 29 years old.
- Hold a Master's degree.
- Be an EU citizen.

Requirements
- Postgraduate Master's degree from a university, business school, or engineering school, with a specialization in business or finance.
- Previous banking experience in financial analysis, macroeconomics, fixed income, risk management, or banking.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and liquidity management.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills.
- Python skills are a plus.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
