Internship – Management Reporting & Neurodiversity
HEINEKEN NetherlandsAmsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)
The internship
Are you studying to become a professional in Finance, Engineering, Data, or Analytics, but do not fit in just “one box”? If you are also people oriented and believe that inclusion and diversity go beyond gender or the colour of your skin, then we may be looking for you.
In this unique internship, you will support Global Management Reporting with the redesign and migration of the SharePoint landscape and add value through analyses or data-related improvements. The other part of the internship relates to NeuroHEIve, HEINEKEN's Employee Resource Group for neurodiversity, which aims to increase awareness, engage and support the community.
In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in Management Reporting while helping create a more inclusive workplace.
As an intern, you will
- Support Management Reporting with the redesign and migration of the SharePoint landscape.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality and reporting efficiency.
- Translate financial and employee data into meaningful insights and visualisations.
- Support NeuroHEIve initiatives that increase awareness, engagement and inclusion across HEINEKEN.
- Measure and communicate the impact of NeuroHEIve initiatives through analytics, reporting and storytelling.

The team is based in Amsterdam, Krakow and India, with stakeholders across OpCo and Region, Functions, Business Control, Investor Relations, Tax and Treasury. You will also support NeuroHEIve initiatives across the organization.
What a day in the internship could look like
You may connect with the Management Reporting team, align with colleagues in Krakow on monthly reporting, create models, analyse data, optimise processes or review reports. You may also analyse participation data from a neurodiversity workshop, prepare an awareness campaign, organise a listening session or support the monthly quiet drinks.
