The Sindelfingen plant has been writing automotive history since 1919 and produces, among other vehicles, the S-Class and E-Class for the global market.

In the “Innovation & Digitalization” team, you will help shape the future of logistics by developing paperless, digital, automated and transparent logistics standards, supply concepts and software solutions based on real-time data.

The team’s goal is to create complete transparency for operators and logistics planners through microservices, live tracking, early-warning systems, error analyses and simulations.

Your responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and further developing agile project-management tools, and support the monitoring and tracking of relevant key performance indicators.
• Analyze and identify internal and external trends and requirements in logistics, digitalization and automation, and develop new solutions using future-oriented technologies.
• Coordinate continuously and across disciplines with IT, production, planning, occupational safety, quality management and external partners to implement innovative logistics solutions.
• Test an early-warning system together with its target group in production, and record, evaluate and implement specialist requirements and suggestions for improvement.

The position can start in September 2026.

Qualifications

• Degree program in business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Confident use of MS Office.
• Logical thinking and quick comprehension.
• Communication and coordination skills.
• Commitment, team spirit, analytical thinking and a strategic approach.
