Data Analyst

Main Objectives

• Lead master data integrity and accuracy, including the creation, maintenance, validation, and governance of material master records across SAP and related systems.
• Own and lead Power BI reporting, including dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools for GCSP North America.
• Analyze supply chain challenges using databases, SAP data, Power BI, and other sources to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to E3 Management and other senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate master data alignment among MBMI, MBUSI, MBAG, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Lead data-driven improvements, automation, digitalization, and system enhancements.
• Support strategic supply chain optimization and transformation initiatives.

Main Tasks

1. Lead master data management governance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, standards, controls, and KPIs.
2. Coordinate Power BI dashboards and business reporting for Master Data, Supply Chain, Procurement, and operational performance.
3. Perform data analysis and develop reports, analytical models, and data-driven solutions.
4. Coordinate master data changes and implementation across regions and functions.
5. Lead process automation, digitalization, and improvements to data workflows and reporting capabilities.
6. Prepare data, KPIs, dashboards, trends, and insights for management decision-making.
7. Drive communication and stakeholder alignment for data management activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical area; a master's degree is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required; German is optional.
• Three to five years of experience in master data management, data analysis, data governance, supply chain, procurement, or a similar environment.
• Experience with master data processes, data quality, data validation, Power BI, and ERP/SAP-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of master data management and data governance processes.
• Experience with SAP systems, such as SAP Paragon or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and advanced Power BI skills required.
• Willingness to travel, mostly to the United States and overseas.
• Social, networking, teamwork, communication, ethical, customer-oriented, and continuous-improvement skills.
