Job description

• Gain insight into all HR processes alongside your studies and support day-to-day operational activities.
• Responsibly and regularly maintain the HR management system (Perbit).
• Independently organize and conduct training, continuing education measures, and onboarding programs.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes and contribute new ideas.
• Participate in national and international projects.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a university degree in psychology, social sciences, or business administration, preferably with a focus on human resources.
• 0–2 years of experience; initial practical HR experience is desirable.
• Motivated, responsible, independent, and detail-oriented.
• Friendly and discreet manner.
• Good German and English language skills.
