The VIE contract in short

The Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals aged 18 to 28 who meet Business France eligibility conditions. Applicants must submit their application in English.

About the role

The CACEIS Consulting team supports business, technological, and organizational initiatives across CACEIS Bank, Germany Branch and the group. Reporting directly to the Country Managing Director of CACEIS Bank, Germany Branch, the Project Management Officer works in alignment with the Project Lead.

Responsibilities

• Translate sponsor requirements into project budgets, resources, and schedules.
• Implement oversight indicators and define project deliverables.
• Communicate project updates and coordinate project stakeholders.
• Write operational procedures and identify risks affecting the critical path or budget.
• Contribute to project objectives and organize coordination meetings, workshops, and progress reviews.
• Participate in internal and external networks and support team coaching and appraisals.
• Participate in implementing new activities and recommend process improvements.
• Identify, propose, and implement change management actions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• First experience in Project Management or Consulting through an internship, apprenticeship, or first job.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Planning, data analysis, teamwork, structured work, analytical, methodological, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and AI prompting.
• Fluent English and basic German.
