VIE Junior Structured Credits & Real Estate Analyst M/F

The resource will actively participate in the deployment of the business offering, including residential and commercial real estate finance, corporate finance, lombard/securities-based lending and HoldCo finance, while supporting the local team in day-to-day activities.
Main tasks
- Analyze the financial situation of clients and prospects and assess which extraordinary financial strategy best fits their needs.
- Prepare analyses, reports, marketing pitch-books, term sheets and related materials for clients and prospects.
- Prepare credit papers and financing transaction requests.
- Interact with key divisions of the Bank throughout the credit process, including Wealth Managers, Risk and Legal.
- Assist in the execution of deals.
- Document projects and activities through structured and regular reporting.
- Document and maintain knowledge of clients' financial situations and needs, taking into account financial, professional and personal aspects.
- Identify and manage risks and compliance issues for the client and the bank based on applicable national, international and Group regulations.

Minimum level of study: Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent
Training / Specialization: Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Management Engineering with a specialization in financial markets.
Expertise: Financial statement analysis and creditworthiness assessment.
Minimum experience level: 0–2 years

- Ability to meet deadlines and take accountability for individual projects with an increasing degree of independence.
- Proactivity, accuracy, desire to learn and sense of responsibility.
IT tools and languages
- Excellent command of Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of the Real Estate Finance business is considered a plus.
