Trade Finance Sales Manager

Main duties:

1. Originate GTC business for CACIB in China, with emphasis on corporate and financial institution trade finance activities. Work with coverage teams on clients and prospects, maximize revenues from the existing portfolio, develop import, export, and domestic business, and coordinate activities with CACIB’s international network, including the CASA network and BPI.
2. Negotiate and structure all types of GTC transactions at CA-CIB China in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Provide expertise and technical support on GTF products, including L/Cs, guarantees, forfeiting, E-Draft, and Supply Chain Financing. Experience with AR purchase involving credit insurance, syndication, distribution arrangements, or inventory financing is a plus.
4. Familiarity with sectors such as new energy and TMT is a plus.
5. Monitor local market conditions through benchmarking and market intelligence.
6. Maintain and develop relationships with secondary-market participants to strengthen distribution capabilities and source deal participations.
7. Respect applicable local regulations and guidelines and contribute to fraud prevention.

Product scope: Trade and Commodity Finance and Services origination, with a limited product-management role.

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree, BSc degree, or equivalent.

Minimum experience: 11 years or more.
