Sales support for the Distribution and Wealth Sales team:
- Handle ad hoc client requests relating to prospectuses, factsheets, dividend history, latest marketing materials, delivery arrangements, training coordination, client events, and logistics management with the Sales and Marketing team.
- Prepare customized sales materials using Morningstar, Bloomberg, and other data sources to improve product pitches.
- Ensure correct entries in MyCRM for all client contacts and pipelines.
- Represent the Sales team in working with the Marketing and Product teams on fund launch execution, including printing and preparation of sales materials and improvement of customized materials.
- Work with Morningstar to customize South Asia market intelligence peer comparisons.
- Assist the sales team with logistical preparations during client conferences and roadshows.
- Prepare and circulate concise meeting summaries capturing key discussion points, decisions, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Team player with a high level of dedication.
- Computer literate, with the ability to learn new software programs easily.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or Finance.
- Relevant front-office internship experience in major institutions is preferred, such as internships in global markets, securities research, economic research, private equity, investment management, or investment banking.
- Knowledge and appreciation of the Asian fixed income and macroeconomic environment.
- 0–2 years of experience.
Skills and tools
- Good analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Excel VBA and Python.
- English.
