Digital & Technology Team (D&T) is an integral division of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center. The team is committed to making Heineken the most connected brewery in the world by digitalizing and integrating processes, ensuring best-in-class technology, and embedding a data-driven culture.
As a Technology Specialist in the role of Solution Architect Digital Integration, you will advise Business Users and Federated Teams Developers, helping platform and delivery teams choose the right solutions to build and maintain a highly scalable, resilient, and cost-effective integration environment.
You will work with Tribe Leads, Product Owners, Product Architects, Platform Architects, integration SMEs, Federated Team Leads, Business Users, and system integrator partners. HEINEKEN’s non-native Hybrid Integration Platform strategy includes SAP PO, SAP CI, MuleSoft, Boomi, Solace, Azure API Management, GraphQL, Seeburger, UI-Path, NewRelic, SonarQube, Azure DevOps, and CTS+.
Responsibilities
- Define architectural standards and develop and maintain architectural guidelines, principles, and standards for integration development.
- Ensure alignment with best practices, industry standards, and HEINEKEN’s IT strategy.
- Collaborate with the Tribe Lead on the Solution Architects and Tribe vision, roadmap, and future capabilities.
- Support prioritization of new features and capabilities, considering technical challenges and long-term goals.
- Participate in the intake of new requirements and guide teams toward appropriate integration solutions.
- Provide technical consultation and problem-solving as a subject matter expert.
- Lead analysis of existing integration solutions, identify architectural optimizations, and drive continuous improvement.
- Gather business and stakeholder feedback and propose actions to improve ways of working.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs, processes, and integrations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for developers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of IT experience and 5 years of hands-on experience in an architect or similar role, preferably in Digital Integration.
- Experience with solution design, requirements management, stakeholder management, and architecture guidelines and policies.
- Strong knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, Azure Integration Services, or SAP Integration Suite.
- Expertise in scalable, reliable, and high-performing integrations, including event-driven and API-driven architectures.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and native integration capabilities.
- Knowledge of serverless architecture, storage, and identity management.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product-oriented workflows.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Additional qualifications
- TOGAF certification.
- Boomi, SAP, MuleSoft, or other integration-related certifications.
- Understanding of DevOps practices.
