Technicien Service Client - Flux Internationaux H/F (6 mois)

Job description

You will join the Payments and International Flows Department in Clichy, within a team of 25 employees in the International Flows business unit. The team processes banking transactions initiated by LCL's commercial networks and other services.

You will be trained by a colleague until you become autonomous across the department's activities. You will develop expertise in international flows and respond to research requests from the commercial network and correspondent banks, with opportunities for career development within the Payments and Flows Department.

Responsibilities

• Process research requests concerning operations with foreign countries, ensuring consistent response quality and compliance with service commitments.
• Handle requests from foreign banks and manage the processing and follow-up of each case, including exchanges with international banks via SWIFT messages.
• Monitor interbank accounting flows, ensure their proper completion, and proactively investigate and resolve outstanding items.
• Handle telephone calls from commercial network advisers, answer their questions, and provide case follow-up in accordance with LCL quality standards.

Knowledge of international and interbank flows would be an advantage.

Additional information

This position is eligible for remote work under the conditions of the company agreement, based on mutual consent between the employee and manager and following a successful integration period. Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours.
